Ghosts Rework#3266

Ghost Rework: Ghosts will now be able to both talk and vote freely with the living players (possibly nerfing ghost votes by 50%). Additionally, upon death Evil will gain knowledge of WHO is on their team. NOT WHAT ROLE THEY ARE.
Ghosts are still dead, they cannot use abilities, unless that is how thier ability works.

Reason: When someone dies they have nothing to do other than to spectate and hope they become revived, ultamately leaving without a care of wether Savior exists or not. As they have nothing to do. Such a change should appease this boredom, and allow for better Good Team and Evil team plays. As well as keep games more active and inviting. In the end, its just more fun for all players involved.

Additionally, this suggestion is meant to be in line with a few of my past suggestions and a few future ones. I’ll post those in the comments after this for anyone to check if they haven’t already.

Also Working on a new role Type that uses this suggesion and the others linked below as a baseline.
