Scout Rework

Ability: Bug a player to view who visits them. Additionally, upon SUCCESSFUL bugging. If a player on the Evil team is to be voted out, you will be voted out instead.

Passive: If voted out Normally, Additional Ability takes effect even when dead.

SUCCESSFUL= Healthy and Learned any information.

I might change this one a bit, depending on how interactions go when I test some things.
