Notes: Variant of #2305 if you squint; also inspired by Sailor BOTC. Originally called ‘gambler’ but I decided too many role ideas were named that and I wanted an excuse to finish Major Arcana Reversed

Change, luck, lack of control

The first time every day you send a note to someone(regardless of whether it drops) while naming an effect(e.g. ‘Kill’, ‘Witch’):

1. If you haven’t inflicted the same effect before, either you or them at random will experience said effect at night.
2. If you have inflicted the same effect before, you will experience said effect at night.

E.g. Fate notes Jo saying “I’m bugging you.” Fate hasn’t bugged Jo before. At random, Fate is bugged by Jo.

Fate notes Alex saying “I’m healing you.” Fate has healed Alex before, so, at night, Fate is healed by Alex.
