Make custom mode characters being able to select their gender#2009

Please let custom characters using their own pronouns, example: He/him, she/her, they/them and it/its. Ik its not necessary but some flicker ocs might dont use “they/them”

I don’t know if this will work with spy/scout’s bugs in custom gamemode. However it’s still a nice suggestion, iirc it was suggested before
