Fix really bad chat bug#3552

when u open ur chat to priv message your friends, you cannot chat in the game. This is bc when u click the chat button there are 2 tabs, Global & Friends. So flicker only supports global chat, but hides the past messages, and blocks the friends chat. Pls fix it asap idk how to explain it. So if u send a msg to the person ur replying to it does not let you chat, and the person who responds to the message would also be unable to chat in the game. This makes it harder for the people to communiate, and and affect gameplay alot.
