I cant talk to anyone because of Russia restrictions and it won’t let me send the notes to anyone nor can they send them to me can you please bring quick chat back? i cant stand that the government has taken away my freedom, i just wanted to play flicker

The quick chat was removed because it was in violation of Roblox TOS. I suggest quitting Roblox unfortunately :(.

Or just moving out of Russia alot or problems with that country as well.
