make parties bigger#3521

allow the parties to include more people, ive been trying to play with 7 people and even when entering the lobby at the same time we get put into seperate games

Parties are limited so players can’t have as big of an impact if they choose to team. (Which is against the rules.) Though imo 4 is a really big impact in itself so I have mixed opinions.
