Scroll equipping after rounds#3506

Okay, ignore my auto equip suggestion. Someone brought up a good point.

After a round, in order to save time from having to go back to the lobby and equipping scrolls again, you would have the option to buy and equip scrolls from either the end screen, or the map selection screen (maybe end screen so you aren’t timed).
