Witch buff#3488

The witch will be notified if they blocked a players ability or not, the witch can not block them the next night. Witch no longer affects their evil teammates, the witch will be notified if they blocked a evil teammate and/or the evil teammate is notified that witches player name tried to block them.

This just feels like an unnecessary buff there’s only a 1/15 a witch blocks their evil teammates and most power roles tell other people if they have been witched.
