chat bug#3468

I can’t use chat, sometimes a thin gray thing appears instead of the chat thingy and sometimes it only appears instead a list of friends to quick chat, I cant talk to the players and have to put “mute” on my name so everyone understands I can only talk through notes, it’s annoying please fix it!
