Cannot chat on mobile#3462

I tried playing with my sister once but the chat doesnt work for her she plays on ipad and the chat is like invisible. And when I tried playing on my phone its the same thing the chat is like too small you cant click to chat! Pls fix because its impossible to play this game with everyone talking but you cannot
