New anonymous character#3414

Add oozing oscar as a character in anonymous mode, I think he’d fit in as another chlorine or rita type character

aren’t they removing those kinds of characters from flicker?

the reason why they’re removing characters isn’t because of their design, but rather because they were either:

• added by a specific developer
  or
• based off of any developer

Rita and Chlorine were both added by a specific developer.

I feel like oozing oscar would be a really cool idea for april fools
