twins rework#3403

right now, the twins are really useless. they should make it so they have a seperate chat to themselves to talk about their suspicions and other things. if the witch decides to block a twin, this chat disappears for the night (or 2 nights since theres 2 of them). also, if medic heals one twin but the murderer targets the other, they should still both survive. same idea with savior, as both twins get revived. lastly, the twins can linger over whoever killed them and annoy them in the afterlife, and only the person who killed them can see them.

don’t the twins both already survive when murd and medic target different twins though
