Watcher Ability - Watch one person at night to see what person they use an ability on.

Dark Watcher Ability - Watch one person at night, check what ability they use on a random person. Using the ability on Clown kills the clown.

This is a bit too simalar to spy. And the slight edge to the dark watcher? is unessacary.
