I think that ties should be broken in some other way than just randomizing it#3352

This isnt really fair because in a lot of cases later into the game it basically just randomizes the winner

I think it should either be:
-a revote between only the tied players
-OR just eliminate both/all players that are in the tie (this could be abused though so idk)
