The witness has the ability to witness someone at night, therefore, if the person who they witnessed has used an ability, they will know. However they won’t know their role and who it affected.
They are neutral.
They will know who clown is and clown will know who they are.

Yes, it does sound like spy and scout, but it’s fun.

Neutral is not a Team. It should not gain knowledge on Clown, nor should clown gain knowledge on it.

Role has no Win Condition.
