Matching System Rework 2026#3321

Hello, I am here to report an issue with the current matching system. Lets use 18-20 players as an example of this issue. When they play in regular mode, they usually have no problem finding people their age. But on voice chat servers, most of the time they can not even talk to half the players in the server. This is because they get paired with 16-17 users, and these last mentioned ones get paired with 9-15 users. It is evident that 18-20 and 9-15 users can not talk to each other, but 16-17 players can talk to everyone. My point is that the current system favors one age group, regardless of whether everyone can actually communicate with each other.

I think a lot of people, who likes to play in voice chat servers, would appreciate a new system based on age-selection lobbies. This way, everyone can enjoy fair play.

There already is a system in place for this. It is less prominent in VC and Anon due to the lack of players. If you play standard outside of bugs you will be able to talk to everyone.
