Toggling TopBarPlus buttons can hide the Play button#3258

A minor bug where whenever you toggle the codes UI with the TopBarPlus button, it hides the Play button (something deliberately coded by JJ Studios). However, toggling again or a few times stops the Play button from showing after you close the codes ui.
