Team: Neutral
Goal: Successfully vote out the Murderer or Detective. Must have participated in the voting to count. (If they voted someone else but the Det/Murd still got voted out, it would not count.)

Ability: Can view a player’s last vote once every night and add it to their journal. Not available during the first round, and you cannot view the same player twice in a row.

Win condition is invalid due to is needing to vote out characters who could possibly be dead atp. Which really isn’t too fun. Because you can’t win. Not saying that it’s impossible to win, but there are just times it’s impossible.

That doesn’t make it invalid at all because it’s essentially the same concept as clown just instead of voting out yourself it’s someone else. If someone who’s the clown dies before they get voted out then that also makes it impossible to win unless there’s a savior that revives them, which would also be the case for this if someone were to revive the detective or murderer. You’re not going to win all the time sure but what role does anyway?

Clown is fundamentally a different role, both roles have seperate win conditions. Clown itself dieing and another role outside of oneself dieing are completely different concepts as it can no longer complete its win condition because it is dead vs being alive and no longer being able to complete ones win condition. This is why RCG8 is a thing (Creating a Neutral role that requires a specific role to be alive in order to win and would lose if they die). All in all the point is having a fun working role, this role does not establish either, regardless of the fact it can win or not or if Savior can enhance such a factor. Its not about winning all the time, it I will repeat is about having that fun, working role. This role is not that. Part of the game is always having that goal to work towards, that goal being removed mid game, outside of ones control, is not fun. Its like that big brother creating a rule mid game that you just lose. Looping back to Clown, if you die you no longer have that goal, similarly to any other existing role. Ghosts are spectaters not players.
