An update to the clown role#3189

Expand the Clown’s ability so they can use their kill not only if voted out, but also if they get murderer by the murderer or assassin. This would make the role more fun and better.

The goal of the role is to be Voted out, it doesn’t make sense to give a reward for not meeting such a goal.

Likewise changing the goal to include being killed would make the role FAR to easy to win as, like it wasn’t already.

Clown is too easy to win now

defeats the purpose of the role
