Improved first time user experience & guide#2556

For users joining for the first time:

• When attempting to queue up in custom character mode, prompt the user to create a custom character before playing if they have not done so already

• If a user has not yet earned any coins, hide the shop and inventory menus

• Rather than a disruptive tutorial, add FTUE elements that inform the player of gameplay

  • Show hint tooltips on UI elements that explain what they show/do
  • Show a popup explaining basic gameplay (Good and Evil teams, abilities at night, voting to eliminate after each night)
