A serious/experienced mode#2438

The gamemode shouldn’t change anything but should be recommended for more serious gameplay and for more experienced players. Since everytime i play flicker im met with unserious gameplay and a lot of players who dont know how to play.

This is effectively the same as Competitive/Ranked mode. Please search before making a unique post!
