add an warning for player tried to name an no no word#2120

add an warning it was said “warning:please DO NOT write an inappropriate name,follow an tos” (i hate player with inappropriate name rn,and this is a dumbest suggestion i ever made)

Nice idea but it won’t solve anything, people will just ignore the warning anyway. If you see a player with an inappropriate username please report them to the flicker staff in #support channel.
