clarify goal of dark psychic/scout abilities#1077

many new players don’t understand dark psychic/scout goal of the abilities (e.g. finding other evil players/framing good players) so i think it’d be a good idea to clarify it in-game

It’s already clarified at the starting screen where u first see ur role, its the new players problem if theyre lazy to read it

I don’t think that any clarification is needed because it’s up for the players to choose how to use their abilities (like your e.gs)
